Somatic Experience

Breathwork and yoga are embodied practices that weave breath, movement, and sensation to cultivate deep mind-body awareness. Rooted in the physical realm, they bridge inner experience with the outer world, opening the senses, expanding breath capacity, and awakening the body’s innate wisdom. These practices release stored tension, foster grounded presence, and reconnect you with yourself and the earth.

Soul Map & Energy Flow

  • In this session, we spend half the time exploring your personal astrology and intuitive guidance, and the other half in energy healing to support integration, balance, and renewal.

  • This session designed to support you to reconnect with your inner knowing and the manifestation of your soul's desires. Rooted in astrology and Reiki, this methodology weaves insight and energy: your birth chart serves as a map of your soul’s purpose, while Reiki is the vehicle to remove blocks in getting you there.

  • Sessions for first time clients are 90 minutes with follow-up sessions for returning clients lasting 60 mins.
    Sessions are available remotely or in person in Oakland.

  • $222 for first-time clients. Discounted rates are available for returning clients and session packages to support your continued journey.

BREATHWORK & REIKI

Light & Breath

  • This session is an opportunity for you to connect with your inner self in a transformative way. The three-part breathe allows you to release what’s ready, understand your cycles, inner wounds AND your glory! You will receive intuitive insight and guidance to support you.

  • I will guide you in an active breathe for 25-30 mins state of non-ordinary consciousness. There will be a rest period to to come back, receive reiki and share any questions you have.

    Sessions can be virtual or in-person. This style of breathing is activating (not grounding) and you may feel inclined to make noise/ express during our session.

  • Sessions are 90 minutes and are available remotely or in person in Oakland.

  • $222 for first-time clients. Discounted rates are available for returning clients and session packages to support your continued journey.

GROUP OFFERINGS

Breathwork Healing Group- See Events for the next group offering!

  • Group breathwork sessions are designed to help you release emotional buildup, access deeper states of clarity, and reconnect to your inner vitality. Working in a group amplifies the energy, creating a powerful container for healing, insight, and transformation.

  • Each session uses a three-part active breath to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. Through guided breathing, music, and somatic awareness, you’ll journey into expanded states of consciousness where deeper layers of yourself can surface and integrate. Expect a supportive space to process, connect, and emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

  • Sessions are typically 90 minutes. Day-long group events and custom retreats are also available.

  • Individual ticket price can range, but 1-2 scholarship spots are always open! Please contact me if finances are a concern and you would like to join.

REIKI TRAINING

Level I & Level II

  • Reiki can be translated as Universal Life Energy — a balancing, intelligent, and harmonizing force that facilitates healing across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
    Whether you are a healer by profession (bodyworker, yoga teacher, doula, healthcare provider), navigating your own healing journey, or simply curious about energy work, Reiki Level I & II certification offers a powerful foundation. No prior Reiki experience is required.

  • Each level is taught as a full-day immersion (approximately 6 hours each) and is intended to be deeply experiential, totaling a requirement of two days for both levels.

    Reiki level 1 and 2 is offered either as a private session (one on one) or within a class of three people or more.

    Both classes can be completed within a weekend or with an integration period in-between (separate weekends).

    Within any schedule option you will have access to continued support through WhatsApp, discounted one-on-one mentorship opportunities, and optional Reiki shares for practice and community connection.

  • Level I: "A Deeper Connection to Self"
    Level I lays the foundation for working with energy by first deepening your understanding of your own energy field.
    You’ll explore the lineage of Reiki, how it works, and receive your first attunement — opening you to channel Reiki energy for yourself, loved ones, plants, and pets.
    The focus is on self-healing as the first essential step toward healing others.

    Level II: "A Doorway to Your Intuitive Gifts"
    (Level I completion required)
    After a period of integration, Level II invites you to go deeper into your practice.
    You’ll refine your intuitive abilities, learn how to offer full Reiki sessions to others, practice distance healing, and discover additional tools such as charging crystals with Reiki energy.
    Level II strengthens your confidence as a practitioner and offers practical frameworks for working with clients and loved ones.

  • Classes are personalized to the needs of the group or individual. Add on’s such as catered lunch, sound healing and more will impact pricing.

YOGA

Weekly Public Classes

  • Midweek reset. Strong flow. Sweet release.
    This 60-minute vinyasa class is your midday re-alignment—a potent pause in the week to return to your body, breath, and presence. Expect a strong, rhythmic flow designed to awaken energy, build heat, and clear mental fog, followed by a grounding wind-down to leave you centered and steady. Come move with purpose and leave with clarity.

  • End of week Stillness. Begin again in deep rest.
    Unwind into the evening with Ashlee’s Sunday night ritual: 30 minutes of nourishing restorative movement followed by 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra—a deeply healing meditative state known as yogic sleep. This practice invites your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and your spirit to enter the liminal space where insight and renewal reside. All levels welcome—come as you are, and surrender it all.

Faq

  • We take 90 mins together to dive into your cosmic mapping (birth chart) and peak into dates where your life was activated, deep dive into your Sun, Moon and Rising, then discuss how the current/future astrology could be impacting you. The entire reading always includes intuitive guidance and psychic mediumship. We seal the session energetically with Reiki healing.

  • Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. As humans we store energetic experiences in our bodies, Reiki nudges these stored experiences to release as needed. You can expect hands on or hands hovering while you lay on a massage table and receive.

  • In-person sessions are located in Oakland, CA.
    Address is provided upon booking.

  • Yes! Virtual sessions and in-person have the same level of potency. We meet via phone or on zoom. Virtual sessions are recorded and provided to you post-call.
    Note: Reiki can be channeled virtually as well.

  • Click on the button marked “Book Session” Once you submit a request I reply within 48 hours with booking and payment instructions. This applies for first time sessions and return clients.

  • If we haven’t worked together one-on-one before, we begin with a 90-minute foundational session that includes a full Astrology Birth Chart Reading and optional Reiki healing. This session is intuitively guided and tailored to meet you exactly where you are—no prior astrology knowledge needed. Reiki helps to energetically integrate the insights we uncover, but it’s entirely optional.

    You’ll receive a copy of your birth chart and a recording of the session, whether we meet virtually or in person.

    First time sessions are 90 mins for $222.

  • Return sessions give us the space to go deeper into your personal astrology and energetic landscape. These sessions are rooted in spiritual coaching and can support your healing, manifestation work, business guidance, and more—always tailored to your current intentions and desires. As a returning client, you’ll receive priority booking and be the first to hear about new offerings.

    Return sessions are 60 mins for $133.

  • Yes! Sessions of four or more are priced at $111 per session.

  • Yes! Gift cards make a wonderful gift of self care for your loved ones. Digital gift cards are available. Once payment is received I can email the gift card to your recipient OR send you a copy if you would like to gift yourself. Please reach out via the “Book Session” button to purchase.

  • Yes! I am available for your bachelorette/ baby shower/ birthday party! For parties in your home you can expect to learn about astrology and receive a group reading. Whether you’re looking for support for your spiritual event or to have some fun with wine and the stars! I also support corporate gatherings. Please reach out for pricing and additional details.
