One on One Coaching: Cosmic Embodiment Sessions

The freedom can look like; healing past trauma, releasing old cycles/patterns, nervous system regulation.

The aliveness can look like; intuitive development, manifestation, creativity, business coaching. 

❋ The Method

In these one on one sessions you can expect soul work. We will utilize our 90 mins by nurturing placements in your astrology chart to help you return to yourself.

Together, we decide the supporting modalities- Reiki healing, breathwork, Astrology or even movement practice (yoga). All sessions will weave together in support of your transformation! 

❋ The Investment

Minimum of four sessions is required, at a cadence once a month.

90 mins in-person or on zoom

Four sessions offered at a sliding scale of $444-$555 (50% discount)
