I come from a lived experience of deep hyper-sensitivity—where moving through relational wounds, patriarchal conditioning, and womb trauma once felt like a pain that would never lift. That pain wasn’t just emotional—it became physical, settling into my body and energy field as fatigue, imbalance, and disconnection.

Through it all, I’ve walked the path of healing with devotion and curiosity, leaning into a unique blend of modalities that supported my return to presence and power. My journey has been shaped by over a decade of advanced yoga studies, life coaching informed by astrology and energetic wisdom, reiki training and group certification spaces, women's circles, and breathwork rituals that helped me come home to my body and soul.

This weaving of practices became my personal bridge to healing—and now, it’s the foundation I draw from to support others. Every bridge is unique. Every healing path is sacred and personal.
